You may cancel your recurring JobHoundHQ Pro subscription at any time with immediate effect:

• Assisted Cancellation: Alternatively, email support.jobhoundhq@gmail.com requesting cancellation, and our team will complete it within 24 hours.
• Zero Subsequent Charges: Upon cancelling, no further charges will ever be made to your payment method.
• Continued Access: You will continue to have full access to all Pro features (direct ATS URLs, AI resume tailoring, application tracking) until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.

To maintain fair pricing and protect our infrastructure, JobHoundHQ reserves the right to decline refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Repeated Subscriptions: Users who repeatedly subscribe, claim a refund, and subscribe again under the same or alternate email addresses.
• Abusive Scraping: Accounts that systematically harvest, bulk-export, or crawl direct ATS listings via automated scripts prior to requesting a refund.
• Requests after 7 days: Refund requests submitted beyond the 7-day guarantee window.
