Why do US/EU remote jobs reject applicants from other countries?
When a job says "Remote - US Only," it is not because the company dislikes international talent, but because labor laws, IP assignment, and payroll taxes require a registered legal entity in that country. Unless a company utilizes an Employer of Record (EOR like Deel or Remote.com) or hires international talent as B2B independent contractors, they cannot legally issue payroll. Look for listings tagged "Remote - Worldwide" or "Global Remote" on JobHound to find companies with established international hiring entities.
